Bertrand’s is a recent addition to the downtown fine-dining scene located across from Perry Square. Voted Erie’s “Best New Restaurant,” by the readers and Editors of the Erie Times News! The warm “bistro” feeling and gracious service are presided over by Bertrand Artigues and his wife, Lu-Ann. Bertrand is a French trained Certified Executive Chef and winner of “Erie’s Best Chef” competition in 2005. He brings many years of experience to the table. In keeping with his high standards, Bertrand’s menu features a variety of entree’s employing fresh locally raised meats and vegetables and using organic and Kosher ingredients whenever possible.
